Established in 1835, my client is one of the largest Estate Agency brands in London. They are very well established and successful. They have a strong, local reputation for excellent customer service

They are currently looking for a Sales Negotiator for one of their North London offices.

Required skills:

Ideally you will have a minimum of 12 months industry experience in Residential sales. However, this is not essential as full training will be given. A positive attitude is and you must be a hardworking enthusiastic individual.

Used to working in an office Environment
MUST HAVE a full UK driving licence.

Day-to-day duties include:

Getting to know the local properties for sale
Offering services to Vendors
Developing leads into viewings/instructions
Carrying out viewings
Business development from customers you deal with as well as targeting other properties on the market
Talking to purchasers and understanding their requirements
Arranging and conducting viewings for property for Sale
Encouraging viewers to offer candid feedback
Negotiating offers
Diary management
Meeting with clients face-to-face to discuss requirements
