The Role
As a Creative Design Executive, you will take the lead in crafting and executing creative initiatives that captivate audiences and drive brand success. From shaping strategy to producing engaging content, you'll play a pivotal role in enhancing brand visibility and connection.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement creative strategies to engage target audiences.
Produce creatives for paid ads, website content, and social media.
Orchestrate creative photoshoots and map out UGC (User-Generated Content) video campaigns.
Create and manage AI-driven UGC videos and write engaging video ad scripts.
Develop compelling content for social media, email campaigns, blogs, and more.
Analyze performance metrics and use insights to optimise campaign effectiveness.
Build and maintain relationships with collaborators, influencers, and media partners.
Stay updated on industry trends and bring fresh, innovative ideas to the team.
About You
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic and independent setting while contributing to a collaborative environment. You should have:
Previous experience in a marketing or design role, ideally within a creative or lifestyle sector.
A strong ability to design creatives for diverse platforms, including paid ads and website content.
A creative mindset with a flair for orchestrating photoshoots and UGC video content.
Familiarity with AI-driven video tools and scripting for video ads.
Strong communication skills and an eye for detail.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.
A proactive and adaptable approach, with a passion for creativity and innovation.
The ability to work flexibly, with occasional travel to their Scunthorpe-based office.
