Job Title: Lead Test Automation Engineer
The Lead Test Automation Engineer will collaborate within a dynamic team to work on a diverse range of hardware and software products and technologies, contributing to the delivery of market-leading solutions.
The primary emphasis of this role will be on designing test systems for new products to establish a robust test automation architecture. Additionally, there will be a focus on updating and automating existing systems for our lighting and video control products.
Key responsibilities:

Design test automation systems and frameworks for various projects.

Develop thorough and well-organized test plans and test cases.

Create, implement, and run automation test scripts.

Work closely with internal teams, including developers and product managers, to determine system requirements.

Collaborate with and mentor software developers and junior QA engineers to ensure high standards of code and testing quality.
Essential qualifications:

Experience working in a comparable role with test automation software.

Experience writing automated tests with Python or similar software development

Good knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes
