Leading global automotive technology company seeks an experienced Electronics Hardware Engineer to join our growing team in Cambridge. You'll be working on cutting-edge chassis control products within a collaborative international environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead architectural development of electronic systems for automotive applications, ensuring compliance with ISO 26262 standards

Design and implement complex circuits including H-bridges, MOSFET switches, and various communication interfaces (CAN, LIN, Ethernet)

Own the full product development lifecycle from concept through to production, including verification and validation

Collaborate with cross-functional teams across multiple locations to deliver innovative solutions

Mentor junior engineers and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements:

Extensive experience in electronic hardware design and embedded systems

Strong expertise in circuit design, particularly with automotive microcontrollers and power electronics

Proven track record in taking designs from architecture through to production

Experience with automotive safety standards and functionally safe hardware development

Proficiency with Altium Designer and SPICE simulation tools

Experience with EMC, environmental testing, and design for manufacture

Degree in Electronics Engineering or related field
