Lettings/Property Manager
I am currently recruiting on behalf of my established client, based in Leeds, for an experienced Lettings/Property Manager on a full-time, permanent contract.
The successful applicant will be a leading property management company, specialising in residential lettings and HMO management, who values its staff and offers genuine progression and development opportunities.
We are looking for a local, self-motivated and experienced Lettings/Property Manager with HMO experience looking for a a new opportunity.
About the role:

Manage a diverse property portfolio including rent collection, maintenance, and tenant relations

Ensure compliance with rental regulations and safety standards

Develop and maintain procedures for efficient property management

Recruit, train, and mentor a dedicated admin team and support staff

Oversee communications with tenants and landlords, fostering positive relationships

Experience in a Lettings Managerial role - essential

Previous Lettings Negotiation experience - essential
