Bosch Building Technologies is divided into the international product business and the regional system integration business. Currently, the three product areas of video systems, access control & intrusion detection systems and communication systems as well as the associated cross-divisional functions within the division are to be set up as an independent unit and then further developed as a sustainable core business by a new owner.
- International and interdisciplinary cooperation: As IT Controller, you will be part of the new company to be set up in the future and thus contribute to a globally networked team of around 4300 colleagues operating in over 50 countries.
- In your position, you will contribute to the creation of a concept for the calculation and allocation of IT costs for the entire Keenfinity Group in cooperation with Corporate Controlling and in coordination with the CFO.
- Ability to optimise IT costs and effectively manage costs across projects and IT operations.
- You will be responsible for monitoring and controlling IT budgets, expenditure and financial performance to include financial forecasting, variance analysis and the preparation of financial reports.
- You ensure that IT operations comply with laws, regulations and internal guidelines.
- You will be in charge of identifying and managing IT-related risks for the organisation.
- You are involved in developing and monitoring the key performance indicators (KPIs) for IT operations and tracking the business cases of IT projects (evaluation of project results).
- You track and optimise the use of IT resources to maximise efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Last but not least, you will be accountable for analysing and interpreting to produce regular reports and analyses on IT performance, expenditure and compliance.
- Education: completed university studies in information technology or a comparable subject
- Experience and Knowledge: several years of professional experience in a comparable IT controlling function in a global B2B company; good understanding of the business context in the IT environment and ability to align IT initiatives with business objectives and strategy; understanding of regulatory compliance, risk assessment and internal controls in the IT environment; knowledge of IT governance frameworks and standards such as COBIT, ITIL and ISO/IEC 27001
- Personality and Working Practice: excellent communication and teamwork skills as well as a high degree of initiative and assertiveness
- Languages: fluent written and spoken German and English
