USA Global Marketing is looking for vibrant, energetic individuals with exceptional Call Centre sales skills or basic Call Centre experience to join our sales teams or lead generator teams.
Previous call centre experience will be given preference.
Duties
We are looking for remote Call Centre Agents with sales experience or a basic Call Centre/Customer service background. USA Global Marketing runs various campaigns across the globe, and we are looking for Agents to join our campaigns based on experience levels. We offer promotional growth, weekly bonuses, commission, spiffs, as well as a basic salary structure.

Extensive script and system training is provided. In this position, you need to be energetic, enthusiastic, and confident. You must be able to think fast and handle clients with ease.
Salary
Salary to be discussed in an interview.
Hours
Monday to Friday and every second Saturday, depending on the campaign you are selected for. The times of working shifts will be discussed in the interview.

Requirements
- Fluent and well-spoken in English (MUST)
- Must have a minimum of 1 - 3 years recent sales experience within the call centre environment.
- Minimum of two years experience in the Call Centre/Customer service environment.
- Must have no other jobs/studies/exams to finish off.
- Laptop or PC Operating System Windows 10/11 with a 64bit processor and 8GB RAM (No tablets or cellular devices).
- Computer literate.
- Fibre connection with a minimum upload and download speed of 30mbps.
- Headset USB 2.0 connection (No Bluetooth or Aux headsets).
- Smartphone with WhatsApp essential.
- LAN/Ethernet cable (plugged into Fibre router and computer for a stable connection).
- MUST have at least a 64BIT processor.
- MUST have at least 8GB RAM.
- Backup power for your router and PC in case of a power outage (e.g., a UPS (Uninterrupted power supply) or a generator that lasts 4-8 hours).
