Medical Receptionist (Multidisciplinary Practice) - Randburg
Our client, based in Randburg, Gauteng is seeking to recruit a medical receptionist for an extremely busy medical practice.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Ensure the smooth and effective functioning of the practice (high volume patients)
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable always
- Diary management of 2 permanent doctors and various locums
- Stock management / control and ordering
- Clinical and general administration
- Preparation of patient files
- Ensure payment verification and collection
- Management of certain sundries
- Maintain collaborative relationships with the patients
- Maintain efficient patient service
- Maintain confidentiality of all doctors, staff and patients
- Invoicing, receipting of cash and daily reconciliation
- Typing of reports
- PMB applications and chronic forms
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Matric
- 2-3 years' experience in a similar medical receptionist position
- Healthbridge and/or GoodX medical software experience will be an added advantage
- Fluent in English and Afrikaans (verbal & written)

Working hours:
Monday to Friday, 08h00 17h00
