Key Responsibilities:

-Coordinate and prepare tender submissions, ensuring compliance with all requirements and deadlines.
-Conduct research to identify potential tenders and bid opportunities relevant to the business.
-Collaborate with internal teams to gather required information for tender documentation.
-Monitor tender portals and maintain a calendar of tender deadlines.
-Assist in customer relationship management by handling inquiries and providing follow-ups.
-Generate sales reports and provide insights to aid decision-making.
Requirements:
-Proven experience in a similar sales administrative role, preferably within the logistics or courier industry.
-Strong knowledge and understanding of tenders and tender processes.
