A leading Financial Services Client requires an experienced Scrum Master to join their team on a permanent basis to facilitate the processes within an Agile environment.
Job Description
- Assist the Product Owners by driving agile methodologies and techniques.
- Remove any impediments.
- Support PI Planning and assist the team to identify backlogs and dependencies.
- Ensure daily stand-ups are practiced.
- Work closely with team and stakeholders.
- Encourage teams to achieve a healthy burn of user stories or features within an iteration.
Minimum Requirements
- Matric.
- Relevant IT Degree or Diploma.
- 3+ years experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile and DevOps environment.
- Experience in using dashboards, KPI/metrics, and burn down charts.
Package & Remuneration
Salary Market Related.
