constraints to achieve highest possible return on sales costs spent, achieving
regional sales target that contributes to the overall corporate sales and
strategic objectives?
We are currently seeking a Account Manager Germany South East & Austria
(fmd) who will be responsible for developing and nurturing reference
customers, finding and attracting new accounts, mentor European team members,
support regional management projects as contributor and leader of sub-
projects. The Account Manager will work remotely and cover the region of
Bavaria in Germany and Austria.
What we’ll get you doing:

Direct Territory Deliverables, Achieve monthly and annual Quota in designated territory, to identify, qualify, develop, support and close sales of the Molecular Devices system portfolio

Develop and maintain accurate Territory & Account Plans while working with a high level of independency

Develop, update, expand and maintain to a high degree of accuracy and integrity, the prospect database (SalesForce.com) and existing customer list and monitor sales growth.

Monitor competitor’s activities, products, and potential new or improved applications or product extensions and the market evolution.
The essential requirements of the role include:

Educational background in Life Sciences as Bachelor or higher

Profound sales experience in instrument and software sales could be an advantage as well as experience in managing customers in salesforce.com

Highly motivated, dedicated and willing to learn

Excellent communication skills in German and good English
