Diagnose faults, perform repairs, and troubleshoot technical issues to minimize downtime Install, commission, and maintain machinery to ensure optimal performance and reliability Provide maintenance services and customer support, including emergency breakdown assistance Rebuild equipment in compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards Manage projects to meet deadlines, complete work orders, and ensure customer satisfaction Offer technical support and guidance to customers and internal teams Conduct customer training, perform machine evaluations, and carry out quality assurance inspections Coordinate administrative tasks and documentation to optimize service operations Skills & Experience: At least 3 years of hands-on experience in assembling and maintaining production machinery within a manufacturing environment Proven skills in troubleshooting and resolving electrical and pneumatic system issues Strong interpersonal and customer service abilities with a focus on building lasting client relationships Capable of working independently with minimal supervision while demonstrating initiative and problem-solving skills Flexibility to travel locally and internationally as needed A positive, self-driven, and reliable individual with a strong work ethic Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and web-based applications Valid Code B drivers license Qualification: Qualified Millwright Only South African Residents or individuals with a relevant South African work permit will be considered.
