Compile reports and create documents using various applications. Handle inquiries via phone, email, or in person, escalating as needed. Welcome visitors and address inquiries accurately and promptly. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Participate in training and development to enhance skills and knowledge. Assist with procurement activities following established guidelines.
