About the Role
You will partner directly with the CEO in the entertainment industry, overseeing operations, fostering team alignment, and driving organizational efficiency. This role demands an experienced EA with a deep understanding of executive workflows and an ability to support both professional and personal responsibilities.
Key Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
This role is tailored for seasoned professionals with the following qualifications:
- EA Experience: A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience as an Executive Assistant (not in adjacent roles such as project coordination or general administration).
- Business Experience: Prior experience in high-paced, start-up and/or fully remote environments.
- Communication Excellence: Flawless English proficiency (verbal and written). Ability to synthesize complex information into clear, actionable insights.
- Time Zone Flexibility: Availability to work within Pacific Standard Time (PST), aligning with the CEO’s schedule. Start your day at 6–7 AM PST and be available for key team meetings, often scheduled in the mornings.

What You’ll Do
- Strategic Calendar Management: Prioritize and manage professional and personal schedules to optimize productivity.
- Inbox Ownership: Process, prioritize, and respond to communications seamlessly, reducing executive inbox time to under an hour daily.
- Meeting Coordination: Prepare agendas, capture actionable items, and ensure the CEO is informed and prepared.
- Team Support: Liaise with a 25-member team, including department heads in sales, operations, and finance, ensuring smooth communication and alignment.
- Travel and Event Coordination: Manage bookings, secure tickets, and organize professional and personal events.
- Second Brain: Serve as the CEO’s strategic partner, anticipating needs and driving efficiencies across their personal and professional responsibilities.
