PURPOSE:
Ensure all orders are packed and plated correctly as per order and that customers receive their orders on time as per Pedro's Standard Operating Procedures.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Able to pack and plate orders correctly
- Maintain speed of service
- Provide great customer service
- Maintain FOH stock according to Co-Ordinator SOP
- Maintain food safety standards according to SOP
- Ensure FOH hygiene and cleanliness standards according to Co-Ordinator SOP
- Ensure accuracy of orders packed for internal/external delivery services
REQUIREMENTS:
- National Senior Certificate (preferred)
- One year’s experience as a Co-Ordinator (QSR environment preferred)
