Coca-Cola Beverages South Africa (CCBSA) has an exciting opportunity in our Sales department. We are looking for a talented individual with relevant skills and experience for an Administrator: National Accounts role, which is based in Phoenix. The successful candidate will report directly to the Customer Manager in Phoenix.
Key Purpose Statement
To provide proactive and timeous administrative support to the Key Account Manager, ensuring that the portfolio of accounts is effectively managed.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Coordinate all aspects related to point of material for the portfolio of accounts.
- Support Key Account Manager with order taking from national and regional customers to drive volume growth.
- Provide support on the Business-to-Business (B2B) ordering system by conducting daily checks to identify and resolve systematic pricing discrepancies.
- Manage key account queries and resolve historical or built-up pricing claims resulting from systematic pricing discrepancies to ensure timely resolution of customer claims.
- Review daily reports (e.g., out of stock, sales performance, new store openings, and sales out data) and highlight execution gaps and opportunities to support critical decision-making.
- Coordinate all internal and external customer meetings and prepare post-customer interaction reports to highlight critical action items.
- Support Key Account Manager with administrative tasks related to Strategic Projects and plans (e.g., New Product Launches).
- Track and review channel or customer business plans regularly to ensure opportunities identified are delivered.
- Assess promotional grid key outcomes to ensure that opportunities are captured as identified through category data sources (per category, per customer, per banner, per region).
- Support with internal engagements and ensure that the Key Account Manager is kept informed of attributes from marketing, Monster Energy, The Coca-Cola Company, E-Commerce Teams, Prenbev, Finance, Operations, etc.
Skills, Experience & Education
Qualifications and Experience
- National Diploma in Sales and Marketing or equivalent.
- 2 – 3 years’ administrative experience in a sales environment.
- MS Office Computer literacy (MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint).
- Numeracy proficiency.
- High attention to detail and solid administrative skills.
- Ability to perform under pressure.
