Our client is seeking a fluent Angolan Portuguese-speaking candidate to provide customer service and support within a fast-paced business environment. The role focuses on handling inquiries, offering light coaching, and ensuring positive member experiences, with some administrative support for the team’s operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to inquiries promptly, delivering excellent customer service.
- Support the division through light administrative tasks and member follow-ups.
- Communicate updates and resources clearly to assist members in achieving their goals.
- Ensure all interactions are positive, professional, and solutions-oriented.
Desired Experience & Qualifications
- Grade 12 or equivalent.
- Relevant diploma or degree preferred.
- Fluent in Angolan Portuguese and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
- 2-3 years of experience in customer service, business development, or a related field.
