An international brand in the FMCG space is looking to hire a seasoned Marketing Manager to join their team. The successful incumbent will be responsible for driving integrated consumer-centric brand activation through superior execution.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Project Management
- Budget Management
- Innovation Pipeline
- Stakeholder relations (internal and external)
- Agency Management
- Brand Activation
- Developing concepts to launch
- End to End Strategy
- Defining integrated brand activation planning, including leading alignment on brand pricing and promotions, distribution, and trade marketing strategies.
- Analysing and continuously adjusting overall brand performance.
- Driving media plans on relevant channels.
- Analysing and monitoring campaigns performance for improvement.
- Coordinating with Sales, Trade Marketing, Production and Finance.
- Collaborating with external agencies.
- Creating the right consumer experience within the prioritized touchpoints.
- Recruiting talented employees.
Experience & Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing
- 8 years portfolio management and brand activation experience
- Experience leading teams and agencies.
