Provide tailored speech and language therapy for a small caseload of students, focusing on Social, Emotional, and Mental Health needs, Learning Disabilities, and Autism.
Play an active role in the admissions process, including writing pen portraits and shaping the support for new pupils. βοΈ
Collaborate across teams with teachers, teaching assistants, and other therapists, engaging in multidisciplinary meetings to ensure holistic care for the pupils.
Maintain accurate records and perform administrative duties with flexibility to work remotely during breaks. πEssential Criteria:
Degree in Speech and Language Therapy with HCPC registration and membership with the Royal College of Speech and Language Therapists. π
Demonstrated experience as a Speech and Language Therapist.
A confident leader with the ability to supervise, train, and support your colleagues. π₯
Strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams). π»
Full UK driving licence for occasional offsite meetings. πThis Role is Equivalent to a Band 6 NHS Position in Terms of Experience.
