Key Responsibilities:

Ensure all products meet rigorous quality standards to minimize costs and maximize customer satisfaction.

Identify, raise, and resolve quality issues swiftly to maintain a zero-impact standard for customers.

Support the introduction of new products and processes while maintaining quality excellence.

Conduct audits and ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and other applicable standards.

Develop and maintain test procedures and reports.

Perform root cause analysis to identify and resolve production and process issues.

Proven experience with Quality Management Systems (QMS).
