Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor
Location: Tonbridge, Kent
Salary: £28,000 - £35,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
Hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our production process, ensuring efficient operations, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and motivate a small team of production/warehouse staff, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and to schedule.
Monitor and maintain production schedules to meet customer demands and optimise production output.
Ensure the smooth and safe operation of all production equipment.
Maintain accurate stock records and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
Conduct regular quality checks on all finished products to ensure they meet our high standards.
Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations (COSHH).
Manage stock levels and ensure the warehouse remains fully functional.
Order and manage raw materials and packaging supplies.
Assist with the development and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with all relevant food safety and hygiene regulations. Essential Skills & Experience:
Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or in a similar supervisory role within a food manufacturing environment.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
A proactive and problem-solving approach to work.
Valid Flexi or Pivot Truck licence.
COSHH qualified. Desirable Skills & Experience:
Experience working with tea or other food products.
Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles.
Experience with ERP or other warehouse management systems. Benefits:
