Manpower is recruiting a Sales Account Manager with our client who are a growing manufacturer of medical devices.
The successful candidate will be selling medical devices to the health sector in Northern Ireland & Scotland, with approximately 70% of your time based in Northern Ireland. This company are on an upward trajectory with their products already established and entering new markets globally.
Suitable candidates will need a strong track record in sales/ business development, with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to pro-actively identify and develop new business opportunities.
You will need capital equipment or medical device sales experience, with knowledge of NHS processes highly desirable.
On offer is a great salary package £50-55k plus commission, also company car with fuel card, laptop, phone, 25 days annual leave plus stats
The Role
Identify and develop new business opportunities to increase new install base
Achieve agreed machine sales and consumable sales
Manage sales pipeline effectively using sales portal
Develop accurate market info for your region
Support new installation, handovers and informal user training
Prepare and present to potential new accounts
Build relationships with health professionals and decision makers
Promote non-capital products in the wider portfolio range
Liaise with Sales Manager regularly, providing updates and and sales reports
What we are looking for
Track record in Sales/ Business Development
Sales experience in capital equipment or medical devices
Knowledge of NHS structures is beneficial
Excellent interpersonal skills and can build relationships with ease
Professional sales approach and driven to achieve targets
Flexible to cover Scotland territory and some travel for sales meetings, trade exhibitions etc.
