Specifically, the Learning Communications team works with global clients to develop solutions in a variety of different formats which are deployed across multiple markets in different language versions.

A typical ‘day in the life’ involves getting to grips with complex subject areas so that you can confidently communicate to the Client about them, writing/reviewing/amending copy, reviewing creative, delegating where appropriate and acting as the ‘internal client’ in terms of quality control.
Besides managing your clients’ accounts, advising Clients on Learning Communications best practice (e.g. instructional design) and ensuring quality of service, you will also be acting as Project Manager for all your projects, throughout project delivery from start to completion.
Reporting to an Account Director you will be part of a team including other Account Directors, Account Managers and Account Executives and you will work with all team members across a variety of projects.
