Page Group are working with a leading manufacturer of home based products who are looking to grow their Internal Account Management Team. This role will be based at their offices in the Wakefield area
Description
Manage relationships with B2B customers including distributors, retailers and independents
Provide a world class level of service to customers during all interactions
Support the on-boarding and set up of new customer accounts
Work with customers to understand their needs and future sales plans
Be the face of the business to assigned customers, communicating via phone, email and MS Teams
Undertake regular account reviews to understand customer needs and requirementsProfile
Experience managing existing customer accounts
Ability to up sell and cross sell where appropriate
Excellent level of customer service
Ability to build strong working relationships
