Your Responsibilities:

Undertake planned and routine repairs and void repairs to social housing properties, and from time-to-time support other maintenance contracts as required when demand requires

A wide variety of flooring repairs in tenanted homes, buildings, and empty properties

The work will include:

Polysafe flooring (nonslip flooring)
-
Vinyl flooring
-
Cap & Cove (desirable)
-
Working in kitchens & bathrooms
-
Remove old flooring
-
Clean, level and seal the work area
-
Use fast-track flooring systems
-
Put furniture back and trim and re-hang doors
The successful candidate will have:

Own tools with a van
-
A technical background and NVQ or equivalent in at least one trade

A strong background in social housing maintenance contracts (void, planned, disrepairs)
-
Full, UK driving licence
