About the Role:
Hunter AHP are currently seeking an experienced Locum Clinical Pharmacist to join a reputable NHS hospital in Leicester. This is an exciting opportunity to support the delivery of high-quality pharmaceutical services across various wards. The role is flexible, with options to work 3, 4, or 5 days per week to suit your availability.
Key Responsibilities:
Dispensing and checking prescriptions for inpatients.
Conducting clinical ward rounds, liaising with healthcare teams to ensure optimal pharmacological care for patients.
Providing advice and expertise on medication management.
Contributing to the safe, effective, and efficient use of medicines across hospital wards.
Managing and reviewing medication therapies for patients with various conditions.
Requirements:
Previous clinical pharmacy experience, particularly in hospital ward settings, is essential.
GPhC registration.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
