Description
Duties of the HR Advisor role:
Overseeing employee relations and managing conflict resolution
Coaching and supporting the managers on complex ER casework
Managing recruitment processes and onboarding new staff members
Assisting with the development and implementation of HR policies
Leading HR projects as required
Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of employment legislation
Implementing training and development initiatives
Coordinating performance management processes
Contributing to the positive culture and values of the companyProfile
A successful HR Advisor should have:
A degree or equivalent qualification in Human Resources or a related field
Proven experience in a similar HR role
Knowledge of current UK employment laws and regulations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
