Location: Working across two sites in Piccadilly on a weekly rotation

The Role

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.

Location: Rotational work across two sites (one week at one site, the next week at the other).

Perform planned and reactive mechanical maintenance tasks.

Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations and compliance with safety standards.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Mechanically Biased Maintenance Engineer, preferably in building services.

NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing (or equivalent qualification) is essential.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.

Flexibility to rotate between two sites on a weekly basis.

Located within commuting distance of UB6.
