The Role:

Provide visionary leadership and strategic direction.

Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and profitability.

Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships.

Lead organizational change and drive growth initiatives.
Key Requirements:

Proven experience at CEO, MD, or COO level in the manufacturing sector.

Expertise in delivering business growth and leading exits.

Background in supplying to the construction industry (desirable but not essential).

Strong financial acumen and experience with PE-backed businesses.

Hands-on leadership style; hybrid working with regular onsite presence.
