A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Project Manager with experience or knowledge of the exhibition/events sector.
This is a super company to work for, based on the outskirts of Stratford upon Avon.
The company are very well established (over 30 years) and have a family friendly and values driven ethos.
The salary for this role is between £28,000-£30,000 depending on experience and skillset, and there is also an opportunity to enhance this with a fabulous non-contractual commission scheme, which could be another £5,000-£10,000 depending on circumstances. This role can be hybrid (after short qualifying period).
The successful Project Manager will work within a small projects team to oversee all aspects of a project's or client's requirements from handover to completion.
Responsibilities of the Project Manager:-
- The management of a variety of different projects and clients from inception to completion, with full project responsibility
- Meeting clients and finding solutions to fit their needs and budgets
- Budgetary control of events
- Sub-contractor and labour management on projects
- Carry out accurate and detailed costing of jobs (training will be provided)
- Liasion with other suppliers
- Attend events to handover jobs to clients
The ideal Project Manager will have
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Previous experience in events or exhibitions
- Strong numeracy and literacy skills with excellent MS Word
- A multi-tasker with strong attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure
- The ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
- A full UK driving licence
- Eligibility to work in the UK without restriction
