Role Overview:
We’re seeking an Export Administrator to join our dynamic team in the Despatch Department. Reporting to the Despatch Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless export operations. This position is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a customer-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and verify shipping documentation, including invoices, packing lists, and address labels.

Ensure compliance with export regulations, licensing, customs requirements, and company policies.

Coordinate outbound freight with carriers, customers, and logistics partners.

Respond promptly to customer and internal queries regarding shipping processes.

Manage and maintain accurate records in line with regulatory and organizational requirements.

Utilize SAP/GTS and other tools for export processes and record-keeping.

Support customer portal processes and ensure delivery completion in the business system.
Essential Qualifications and Skills:

Strong export administration experience

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably within a manufacturing environment.

Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook) and database management tools.

Familiarity with SAP/GTS is highly desirable.

Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to adapt to changing situations and solve problems effectively.
