Field Service Engineer – Automation, machinery, packaging industry
Hereford / Mobile (UK)
< £42,000 pa +, Negotiable on experience, plus Overtime pay
5 weeks holiday plus Bank Holidays (33 days total)
40 hours per week, early finish Friday
Responsibilities:

Commissioning, installation, & breakdown service of multiple types of packaging machinery (single machine or full production lines) on customer sites

Organising own diary
-
Acceptance testing (FAT/SAT)

Providing customer service excellence – communicating, reporting and problem solving remotely and in-person

Delivering training, advice and guidance to other engineers (both customers’ and colleagues)

Attending exhibitions and training / validation courses as required
