Junior Compliance Coordinator
Job Location: Poole, Dorset (Near Fleetsbridge)
Job Type: Permanent
Salary: Circa £25,000 per annum / £12.32 per hour, depending on experience
Hours: 39 hours per week, Monday – Thursday 8am – 5pm with a 4pm finish on Friday

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Junior Compliance Coordinator to work with a leading company who design, manufacture and supply electrical products.
This role would suit those who are at the start of their career, recent school / university leaver or those who have just completed an apprenticeship.
They are looking for a some to work as a Junior Compliance Coordinator to ensure their products are tested and compliant to UK, EU or other applicable market legislation as well as meeting customer specifications.
This position comes with full training.
Some of your duties will include:
• Making sure all paperwork, files and certificates relating to the product are collected and updated onto the database
• Undertaking product testing (training provided)
• Making a note on the company databases when products have been tested, the outcome of the test and raising any problems you have found with the team
• Talking and dealing with other colleagues, internal departments and even customers via phone & email
The right applicant will have the following skills:
• Good communication skills, confident at speaking to people face to face and also on the phone
• You will be using the computer a lot so need you to be able to use Outlook, Word and Excel
• Able to write neatly and clearly
• Excellent attention to detail
• Willingness to learn
• If you have any interest in: technology, manufacturing, engineering, electrical or mechanical then that would be advantageous but not essential
