Dynamite Recruitment are recruiting in partnership with a mortgage advice and property sales company based in Fareham on the recruit of a Client account manager to join their growing team.
THis roel is a fantastic opportunity for a confident and charismatic individual with ideally some property experience or sales progression experience. This role will be supporting the property sales through to completion on the administration front and working closely to the customers through the completion and being their helping hand for any queries and communications throughout.
Duties include:
Maintaining relationships between internal mortgage advisors, client services teams, and external relationships with Lenders, Solicitors and Estate Agents.
Provide outstanding customer service, both written and verbal to ensure a speedy and accurate process for the buyer
Providing updates to all parties
Liaise with Lenders, Solicitors and clients to buyers so you can progress the mortgage applications as efficiently and timely as possible
Maintain a high level of accuracy when inputting data Experience / Skills desired :
Experience within customer facing roles
Property industry experience / knowledge
Confidence in phone communications
Responds well to working to time deadlines and busy work day
£26,500 + Commission
Hybrid working
Whiteley based
