As a Store Manager, your responsibilities will include:
Leading the daily operations of the store, ensuring high standards in customer service, merchandising, and stock management
Motivating and developing your retail team, providing ongoing training and coaching to ensure their growth and success
Driving store performance through strong commercial awareness and strategic planning
Maintaining a visually appealing and well-organised store environment
Managing stock levels, deliveries, and ensuring the store meets all operational and health & safety standardsTo succeed in this Store Manager role, you'll need:
