Salisbury – Technical Support Engineer – Salary £28-35k DOE – Manufacturing
My client are leaders in manufacturing and are innovators in the industry. The company are increasingly growing to meet the advancing demands of product development and are looking for a Technical Support Engineer.
Main Duties:

Answer incoming calls, emails, and online chat inquiries from customers regarding technical issues

Diagnose and troubleshoot common technical problems remotely, such as temperature deviations, alarms, and basic equipment malfunctions

Provide clear and concise technical guidance to customers over the phone, including step-by-step instructions for resolving issues

Gather customer information and accurately document all interactions in the company's customer relationship management (CRM) system

Escalate complex technical issues to senior technicians as required
Key Skills and Experience:
The salary for the position is upto £28-35k depending on experience.
