Hariley Solutions are currently seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join our client's dynamic team in Shrewsbury. If you have a proven track record in Finance and are looking for a new opportunity to excel in a fast-paced environment, this role could be the perfect fit for you!
Responsibilities:

Managing transactional team and overseeing/reviewing sales ledger, purchase ledger, stock, cash, Bank and GL entries.

Take responsibility for ensuring that the financial processes, systems and controls are operating effectively

Responsibility for maintaining statutory records for the business

Company Taxation management
-
Fixed asset & Capital Allowances
-
Treasury management.
-
Liaison with Banks, forecasting & MI data submission.
-
Budgeting & forecasting (Cashflow, Balance sheet)
-
Liaise with auditors and preparing audited accounts
-
Project management of process changes and implementations
-
Balance Sheet Reconciliations
-
Other adhoc duties including reception & departmental cover
Requirements:

Qualifications and Experience
Qualifications
-
ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent
-
5-10 years experience in operational financial & statutory accounts.
-
GL and Balance sheet reconciliations.
-
Financial controls & risk management
-
AS400 accounting system experience.
