Job Title: Student Advisor
Salary: £26,250 to £27,600
Location: Central Milton Keynes

We are seeking a motivated, customer focussed individual looking to join a fast paced, busy and dynamic team.
In this role you will be the first point of contact in providing support and information, to a varied audience using multi-channel communication methods.

Key Responsibilities for a Student Advisor:

Managing high volume inbound calls

Take responsibility for resolving enquiries within SLA’s

Make outbound telephone calls to contact individuals in relation to outstanding matters or documentation

Manage busy inbox, responding to enquires quickly and efficiently
Essential Skills for a Student Advisor:

Exceptional customer service skills

Demonstrable experience of dealing with a high volume of inbound calls

Ability to quickly build rapport with customers

Strong time management skills and the experience of working to deadlines.
