We are working with a fantastic leisure business who are on the lookout for a National Food & Beverage Manager! This exciting role has come about due to company expansion and the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in continuing to drive the business forward.
This is a brilliant opportunity for an ambitious professional to support the Head of Food & Drink, deliver training across sites nationally and develop the food and drink offering further.
This is a national role and the successful candidate must have a full driving licence.

This is a national position – Travel is required
Must have previous experience working with food and drink in an operational capacity
Delivering food and drink training to teams
Monitor site performance of food and drink sales and the service performance
Must have strong food and drink experience across multi-site
Champion the consistent delivery of excellent product quality
Strong stakeholder management skills
Working closely with food and drink partners
Taking ownership for bar and diner training academies
Must have strong commercial acumen as you will be responsible for monitoring and reporting activity, performance and costs
Support audit teams
Will have a keen eye for detail
Support the launch of various food and drink projects and initiatives
Strong communication skills as well as a positive attitude is a must! About Us
