Red Recruitment are looking for a Production Operative for our client based in Kettering.

They are a Small, friendly company who manufacture Marquees and Temporary Warehouse structures. They are located in Kettering.

Clean working environment. Full training will be provided.

Duties will include:

This is very much a hands-on role and the successful candidate would be required to take part in the daily manufacturing tasks.
Use of workshop equipment like chop saws, pillar drills and air hand tools will be required for the role.
Produce parts from technical drawings and using pre set jigs (training provided).
Goods in, including completing the required paperwork.
Picking and packing.
Deliver goods to customers (on occasion).
Occasionally erect Marquees or Temporary Warehouses as part of an installation team.
General housekeeping

What we are looking for in the successful candidate:

Previous manufacturing/workshop experience.
Full UK driver's license (3 points max).
Flexible with working hours during busy periods.
Able to do some very occasional overnight stays during marquee installs (this is not frequent, maybe 1 to 2 times a year if that).
Counterbalance forklift license (not essential).
The job requires you to be on your feet all day.
