The Role
Our client is seeking a motivated Logistics Co-ordinator to join their team. This role is perfect if you have logistics experience and are eager to continue to expand your knowledge and skill set within this field. As a Logistics Co-ordinator, you will play a key role in supporting supply chain operations, managing shipments, tracking deliveries, and providing administrative support in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities

Prepare shipping documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and waybills for shipments.

Track and update shipment statuses while maintaining clear communication with internal teams and customers.

Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure smooth handling of incoming and outgoing shipments.

Liaise with service providers and freight forwarders for quotes, rates, and updates.

Build strong relationships with internal teams, customers, and service providers.
About You
-
Experience in logistics.

Knowledge of courier and freight processes.

Familiarity with customs procedures.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.

Strong English communication skills; German language skills are an advantage.
