Job Purpose:
The Sales Operations Manager will ensure the sales team operates efficiently and effectively by managing sales processes, commercial operations, Salesforce administration, analytics, and process improvements. This role will drive productivity through supporting the sales team to meet commercially critical KPIs.
Key Responsibilities:

Sales Operations Management: Oversee sales processes, ensure timely proposal finalisation, provide performance updates, and maintain quality control.

Team Management: Lead and develop sales support staff, ensuring team performance aligns with KPIs.

Salesforce Administration: Maintain accurate data, improve efficiency, automate reporting, and provide regular training.

Sales Analytics: Deliver actionable insights and analysis to support decision-making and sales strategy.

Process Improvement: Identify and implement efficiencies across sales operations, collaborating with other internal departments.

Reporting & Strategy: Provide weekly and monthly updates on performance, forecasting, and pipeline management.
Requirements:

Experience in sales operations or similar roles.

Effective data handling skills.

Proficiency in Salesforce and CRM systems.

Strong organisational, analytical, and communication skills.

Proven ability to lead teams and improve processes.
