Daniel Owen are proud to be representing a social housing client in the South London area who are looking for a brand-new Voids Manager to join their team.
They are looking for an experienced Voids Manager to be responsible for managing all voids projects for the property owned within the South London area.
Duties:
Lead and manage the maintenance team's daily activities to deliver the highest levels of quality standards
Work collaboratively with lettings to ensure projects are completed on time
Ensuring that KPI's are being met
To supervise, manage and develop a voids team, ensuring works are completed to the required standard and operatives are trained to the appropriate level.
Good knowledge of health and safety legislation, including CDM regulations.
Good knowledge of a wide range of domestic housing construction methods and resultant remedial repairs requirementsKey Knowledge:
Must have previous Reactive Repairs and Voids experience within Social Housing
