Duties & Responsibilities – Account Manager (Property):

First point of contact for all enquiries from clients & potential customers and the ongoing key contact

Advise clients (B2B & B2C) on products and qualify the property for underwriting, assisting in closing the transaction

Run your own portfolio of accounts that you build, nurture and retain over the phone and in person.

Proactively identify opportunities for increasing lead generation

Share client/customer insight across the business

Support the customer through their journey collaborating across internal teams to deliver a positive experience

Harness internal relationships to better address clients’ needs and maximize profits

Maintain a deep knowledge of company products & services.

Use salesforce to access data and help your internal and external conversations and goals
Person Profile – Account Manager (Property):

Customer centric and commercial in equal measure
-
Excellent communication skills and enjoys collaborative working
-
Strong conflict resolution and problem solving skills
-
A background in residential property, sales, valuations and other customer centric positions is ideal
-
Ideally, relationship and client management experience in a B2B setting.

Naturally curious, intelligent and empathic

Ability to multi-task and quickly adjust to priorities

Self-starter, proactive, creative thinker & solutions oriented.

Calm under pressure/scrutiny and experience working to challenging targets/deadlines

Salary: £30-36,000 (OTE up to £42k)
