Job Description
As a Test Engineer, you will play a key role in the testing and development of cutting-edge HVAC components for the automotive industry. Your main responsibilities will include:

Overseeing the bench test area to ensure accurate test setup, execution, and reporting.

Analysing customer specifications to develop and manage test plans.

Organising test schedules and resources, including external facilities.

Preparing detailed test reports and data analyses for stakeholders.

Managing the procurement of testing tools and fixtures.

Ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards.

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and quality improvements.

Skills & Experience
To excel as a Test Engineer, you should have:

A degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronic, or Mechanical) or equivalent experience.

Background in automotive testing is desirable.

Knowledge of manufacturing processes, such as injection molding, aluminium brazing, and pipe bending.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills using engineering tools and techniques.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and the ability to create detailed technical reports.

Availability to travel domestically and internationally when required.
