Dynamics Manager – (Dynamics, 365, Project Management, Finance & Operations, F&O, ERP, D365, Dubai) – Permanent – Dubai
Charles Simon Associates are currently recruiting for a Dynamics Manager, this is on a permanent basis for our prestigious business based in Dubai.
This is an opportunity of a lifetime, working in one of the worlds most up and coming cities, providing leadership to a huge Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations implementation.
Location: Dubai (candidates will have their relocation and travel costs covered)
Salary: Up to £95,000 per annum D.O.E
Skills/Requirements for the Dynamics Manager:

Experience within a similar role previously is vital
-
Must have completed as a minimum 2 end to end D365 implementation

Strong project/programme management experience
-
Extensive D365 experience from a high level
-
Ideally someone who has got previous international experience

Stakeholder management experience
-
Solid working experience in Procurement, Inventory management, Production, Master planning, PMA/Project operations

Familiarity within programming technologies underpinning D365 implementation
Start date is ASAP for the Dynamics Manager
The Dynamics Manager will be responsible for:

Managing the implementation and maintenance of our D365 Finance & Operations Solutions.

Managing the ERP team directly and oversees the solution implementation and governance. Coaches and develops team members

Working closely with internal departments/key users Identifying and documenting business requirements, Functional document and Fit gap analysis

Working closely with ERP partner on solutions and solving issues timely

Maintaining and managing ERP system with all future update releases from Microsoft
-
Oversee the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of HRMS, other business systems and tools(Power BI, Power Apps and etc.).

Leading and managing all system-related projects, including upgrades, migrations, and new implementations.

Working closely with other departments to understand their system needs and provide solutions that enhance productivity and efficiency.
