General Overview and Key Responsibilities
A growing Facilities Management Company operating in the Healthcare Sector requires an experienced Project Supervisor responsible for managing and delivering Lifecycle & Variation projects, operating within the PPP environment, resulting in maximum value to both our own and client organisations.
The role is accountable for:

M&E engineering in Maintenance

Facilities Management background

Support on the delivery of Fix it First and Reactive Lifecycle projects and complex TVR tasks as required.

Ensure that all costs are appropriately recovered with the desired markup achieved on every project, mindful of any additional internal labour for monitoring or supervision.

Strong contractor management, negotiation, and demonstration of best value at all times.

Good working and practical knowledge of PFI/LIFT contracts and the funding arrangements in respect of Lifecycle.

Health and Safety qualification – i.e. IOSH Qualification (Managing Safely).

Good working Knowledge of CDM regulations.

Qualified to HNC and/or relevant experience (5 yearr min) gained in Hard FM, M&E, or Building Maintenance services environment.

Prince2/APM relevant training desirable.

Computer-literate (MS Office Products: Excel, Word, & PowerPoint) with a sound knowledge of CAFM/estates and project management systems
