To provide and deliver comprehensive documentation and related export services to customers.
Our International Trade team provides a comprehensive and customer led documentation service to those organisations looking to export their goods internationally. We are looking to recruit for an additional role within this team.
We are looking for an International Trade Coordinator who will be responsible for the processing and delivery of the documentation service. Working with customers on a daily basis dealing with inbound enquiries and ensuring we provide a high level of customer service.
To be successful in this role you will have some experience of working in a fast paced administrative role. Communications skills are important as is attention to detail and accuracy.
Duties include:
Processing and delivering all export documentation and related services
Maintain customers level of satisfaction
Provide technical export advice
Liaise with internal and external providers/suppliers
Keep up to date with current trends in export markets
Answering and dealing daily with technical export enquiries by phone and email
Corresponding with Embassies, Consulates and other Chambers
Processing verifying and certifying UK and Arab Certificates of Origin
Prepare and issue ATA Carnets
Authenticate and register E-Cert applications and related processes
Responsibility for cheque reconciliation and cheque amounts for legalisation
Advise customers on current procedures and pricing for export documents
Maintain accurate records and customer info using CRM system
Knowing when to signpost customers to areas of need outside our own expertise
Reconciling and taking customer payments
