Head Chef & Sous Chef – High-End Gastro Pub, Hammersmith
Are you passionate about fresh, seasonal ingredients and delivering exceptional dining experiences? We’re looking for both a Head Chef and a Sous Chef to join the kitchen team at our premium gastropub in Hammersmith.

This intimate, high-end gastropub is renowned for its focus on classic recipes, fresh ingredients, and seasonal menus. A smaller kitchen creates a tight-knit, collaborative environment where creativity and quality come first.
The Roles
We’re seeking culinary professionals who are dedicated to excellence and teamwork:
Head Chef

Full autonomy over menu creation and costing.

Collaborate with the owners to develop and refine kitchen operations.

Lead the kitchen team, fostering a positive and productive atmosphere.
Sous Chef

Work closely with the Head Chef to maintain exceptional food quality and consistency.

Contribute ideas for seasonal menus and recipe development.

Support the smooth running of the kitchen during busy service periods.
What We’re Looking For

Previous experience in a similar environment, such as high-end gastro pubs or fine dining.

A passion for classic recipes and fresh, seasonal cooking.

Strong leadership skills for the Head Chef role and a team-oriented mindset for the Sous Chef position.
Compensation & Schedule

Head Chef: £47,500 base salary + £7,500 service charge + performance bonus.

Sous Chef: £40,000 base salary + £7,500 service charge + performance bonus.

48-hour workweek with flexibility to take some weekends off.
