M&E Supervisor (Electrically Biased)

Salary: Up to £54,000 per annum
We are seeking an experienced and motivated M&E Supervisor (Electrically Biased) to join a prestigious client in Uxbridge. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled professional looking to take the next step in their career with a forward-thinking and well-established organization.
Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and oversee the maintenance, repair, and operation of mechanical and electrical systems across the site.

Ensure that all planned preventive maintenance (PPM) and reactive works are carried out efficiently, adhering to company and statutory health & safety guidelines.

Manage a team of engineers and subcontractors, providing leadership, technical support, and direction.

Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with standards and identify areas for improvement.

Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, including reports, risk assessments, and work schedules.

Collaborate with clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements:

Proven experience in an M&E supervisory role, with a strong electrical bias.

Relevant electrical qualifications, such as 18th Edition, NVQ Level 3, or equivalent.

Knowledge of mechanical systems and general building maintenance is advantageous.

Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team.

Experience working within commercial or industrial environments.
